Google doesn't have to apply 'right to be forgotten' around the world: EU court

Google on Tuesday won a milestone situation where Europe’s top court ruled Google doesn’t need to apply the ‘right to be forgotten’ internationally. The ‘right to be forgotten’ alludes to the expulsion of query item postings to pages containing harming or false data about an individual. Google will now just need to expel such connects from list items in Europe.
